Thermal cycling resistance is also important. A well-designed Terminal Block Set maintains electrical stability even under temperature fluctuations between -25°C and +85°C during continuous operation.

Additionally, labeling systems integrated into terminal blocks improve circuit identification. This is critical in large-scale industrial installations where hundreds of connections may exist in a single panel.
